Overcoming laziness

Admit it! Everyone has his kind of laziness. Indolence, sloth, or apathy, one of the deadliest sin ever created.You were given the ability to do things yet you didn't even exert effort in doing it. I am a victim of laziness. I wake up every morning feeling unmotivated with my life. It drowns my energy. I feel wasted yet I have not done anything yet. Some says that laziness is caused by depression. Laziness prevents you from being happy and everyday as you get enslave by this deadly sin you will find yourself in the shadows of emptiness.

BUT HOW TO OVERCOME LAZINESS?

1. SET YOUR GOALS - If you have a direction in life you know what you want and you know where to start. Learn how to prioritize things.

2. SLEEP WELL - Having enough sleep has effects with how you deal with things. Sleeping 6-8 hours a day will give you enough energy to do your work. It is not only important that you sleep 6-8 hours but sleep on the right time.

3. EAT HEALTHY FOODS - Proper nutrition will drive your body system to work properly. Make sure you stay away from junk foods.

4. JUST DO IT TODAY ! - Keep away from the tomorrow habit. If you can finish job today, why should you wait for tomorrow to come?


This are just a few ways on dealing with laziness. But the most important thing to do is focus and set your goals. This will drive your motivation. Stop procrastinating it will not lead you to anywhere.
